InSinkErator had an incomplete and inaccurate Anaplan model developed by another consulting firm and required assistance with its forecasting, disaggregation, and snapshotting processes. InSinkErator could not take advantage of its previous implementation due to the lack of user enablement, incomplete forecasting calculations, and inability to update hierarchy elements.

After process and calculation improvements to its Supply Chain forecasting model, InSinkErator can accurately explain and report supply chain forecasts and overrides for 5,600+ SKUs for 1,300+ models, 65+ brands, and 10+ product groups at the model and value stream level. The improved calculations and visibility have increased the adoption of the Anaplan dashboards by planners while helping them better comprehend their forecasts.
Accelytics worked with InSinkErator to identify and prioritize the issues preventing users from utilizing their Supply Chain Planning model to its full capabilities.
